Why did the economies and cultures of the Northern and Southern colonies/states develop so differently?
Southern Climate
warm able to plant a lot of food and was the main sorce of food.(l33tgamer)
really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter, humid all year long (SugarQueen)
Plantation system
if you were rich you had slaves if not you did the work.(l33tgamer)
